Another one from a long time ago. Ok overall.

Hazy yellow body, thin creamy off-white head. Light, sweet aroma, nectary with notes of lemon, grassy, biscuity, and cerealy. Soft body, quite sweet, densely floral with touches of honey and lemon and a bready, biscuity finish. Aftertaste of grassy, earthy hops. I think it’s a bit too sweet at the forefront, without anything to cut the sugars until the finish. 16 ounces will be plenty. Interesting.

Pour is a bright yellow with a white head. Aroma is grainy and malty. So much so I could smell it the second i opened the flip top bottle. Flavor is very sweet with a malty backbone. I see the word "grassy" in many reviews. I could see this has this beer has a certain dryness the the hops and malts. Overall just O.K.

Schöne Bügelflasche mit verdammt gutaussehendem Etikett, auf dem Ein schön gezeichnetes Getreidefeld und dem jungen Farmer zu sehen ist. Im Hintergrund erkennt man ein kleines Dorf, welches von Getreidefeldern umringt ist. Sehr schön!! Auf dem Etikett sind weiterhin die Informationen erhalten, dass das Bier 8 Tage langsam vergoren ist und 66 Tage gelagert und gereift ist. DLG prämiert ist es auch. Zum Bier: Es riecht sehr würzig und vollmundig, die Krone ist ein wenig unstabil. Der Antrunk ist leicht wässrig mit einem leckeren getreidigen Unterton. Mild gehts auch weiter, erst im Nachgeschmack wird es leicht bitter, anschließend recht hopfig. Und süffig ist dieses Kerlchen... ich bin begeistert! So einen leckeren Testkandidaten hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr! Ausgewogen, dennoch recht würzig, einfach lecker! Tolles Bier!
