A hazy golden cider with no head. The aroma is of warm apples with spices cinnamon and cloves. The flavor is sweet wtih strong notes of apples with notes of cinnamon - reminds me of apple pie or spiced apples warmed in the oven. The body is thin in spite of the 5.5% ABV.

On tap at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Cider with elderflower. Very refreshing, slightly sweet. Looks like a perry, silver green. Farty yeasty aroma. Lovely juicy elderflower flavour in mouth. No one else seemed to like it but it reminded me a bit of Cheriton Elder.

Had this at the Lord Nelson bar, Kobenhaven 14-09-08 Light almost perry looking in colour, in fact a bit lemony reasonable carity. Not as dry as one would have expected but this really was quite nice and far, far better than the Respect Your Elders cider also tried and made by this pub
Had this at the Lord Nelson bar, Kobenhaven 14-09-08 Very eggy sulphourous nose to this it composty as well, didn’t mind this but it was unfortunate that I also found elements of this in the mouth which was quite off putting. Hazy lemon in colour, little too sweet, can’t get past the egginess.
