Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples and elderberries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of elderberry flowers on a slightly acidicy apply back ground where there also lingers a note of wood, before a dry apple finish sets in.

Draft. An unclear light yellow perry with a rim of white head. The aroma is slightly acidic and slightly sweet with notes of both pears and apples. The flavor is dominated by pears and rather sweet with a light acidity lingering in the back ground as well as a light note of wood, leading to a dry pear finish.

From tap at Lord Nelson, from barrel. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Light woody, vanilla and apple aroma. Living room warm when served, not cooled at all. Flavour is smooth dry with a light vanilla note into the finish. Dry and smooth apple flavour. Solid acidic to citric finish mixed with wood notes. Very dry finish with a mild yet persiting vanilla note.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours clear and almost golden yellow with no head. Dry apple aroma, clean with no phenol. Sweet at first but soon goes into a very solid dry flavour. Goes quite dry into the finish with a mild spice towards an impurity note. Yet very crisp and delicate. Lovely acidic dry finish yet somewhat watery apple flavour.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a little white head. Light elderflower spiced aroma, light acidic note. Initial flavour is sweet with a little elderflower note. Somewhat different and more solid elderflower note following, mix between spice and floral notes. Ends with fruity and dry acidity.
