cloudy yellow, no head. aroma is citrussy, faint failrly fresh apple. flavor is nicely balanced cider, with a little carbonation. Fresh apple flavor. a little acidity too. if you like fresh cider, this is good - but personally i could use some more acidity (apple flavor is fine).

Draft. An unclear light yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with acidic notes of apples as well as light spicy notes. The flavor is sweet and acidic apply with light notes of spices - cinnamon and cardemomme, leading to a tart finish. Nicely refreshing. Made to a different recipe than the Christmas Cider - less spices, tarter apples.

tap at lord nelson. cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is rather strong, cinnamon, sourish notes, sweetness. cinnamon dominates but we got apple too. apple pie! yipee! and i am so hungry cinnamon, cardemom and apple hits apple pie quite closely, but ends more citric which makes it drinkable and enables you to finish your sample. presents itself stronger than 4% and has a very nice acidic base to the sweetnes. rumoured that this is an alias of the christmas cider, but i dunno

tap at lord nelson. pours a hazy yellow with lots of white head. quite mild acid sour aroma. i can barely sense the apples, but they’re good. flavor is more sour than acid. tastes like a well aged cider.elderflower can be tasted, it bumps up the sweetness a little bit, i think.

tap at lord nelson.6.2% very nice aroma, well balanced between acid. cloudy yellow, no head. flavor is quite mild for a cider, lots of carbonation for a cider. a bit sweeter than what i’ve had in spain and from england. ends a little dry and apple juicy sweet at the same time. alc absolutely extremely well hidden.

On tap. Very cloudy pale golden with no head. Spicy nose. Light and a little watery body, completely dominated by the christmas spices - cinnamon, cardamom and ginger - pure Speculaas ingredients. The spices almost completely dominate over the apple accents. 130109
