Mein erstes Weipi, da bin ich mal gespannt, was mich erwartet. Ich trinke das Bier aus einem Weizenglas, das ist hoffentlich richtig. Das Bier riecht nach überreifen Bananen. Im Antrunk noch recht stark nach Bananen, ab dem Mittelteil flacht das Aroma spürbar ab, ein herbes Aroma kommt hinzu. Zum Ende hin ist von der Fruchtigkeit nur noch wenig zu schmecken, immerhin ist sie noch präsent. Es dominiert aber nun vollkommen die Herbe, die nach und nach in einen säuerlichen Ton umschlägt. WeißbierPils - so schmeckts also? Nun...mal schaun wie andere Biere dieser Sorte schmecken. Übrigens beträgt das Mischverhältniss 53:47 Test vom 3.11.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,8,8,9,9,9 - 8,40

Hazy amber color; creamy, generous head. Very nice aroma, malty and hoppy. Quite round body, reasonably malty, caramel; correctly balanced. But at the end the bitterness is better highlighted.

Hazy blond color; generous head. Nice hop aroma. Quite malty body, with a good hopping and good hop aromas; very good final as well, dry, strongly bitter, well aromatic.
