Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 08/04/2017. A opaque black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is smokey, peat, roast, ashy roast,. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation . Flavour is composed of semi sweet brown malts, peat oak, ashy.. Good stuff.,

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a thick, frothy white head. Ample zesty citrus in the nose, pale biscuits, lemon peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with more dominant zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Pithy finish with some bitter pine needles, hay, lemon and grapefruit. Pretty decent.

[ As Golem Dybuk ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, cseet malt, chocolate, light wood - soy sauce, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, light wood, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Butelka 330ml (BB 31.01.2018). Czarne ze słabą, beżową pianą. Aromat mega torfowy, ziemisty, jakby się gryzło glebę, świetny. No i to tyle bo w smaku owszem torf jest ale z jakąś słodyczą, piwu brakuje ciała i smak pozostawia wiele do życzenia w porównaniu z tym co daje nam nos. Niemniej piwo mami aromatem a reszta pozostaje milczeniem, w końcu całe piwo można wywąchać :) Tak czy siak ogólnie jest dobrze, mega torfowo.
