Sweet-ish fruity and chocolately, dark malty aroma, pulpy notes of raspberry, hints of couverture, dark chocolate, doughy yeasty overtones with a touch of brioche, slightly hoochy, alcoholic, Bourbon and Cognac overtones as well. Taste is bitter, roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty, fruity and minimally doughy yeasty, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, sweet-ish, pulpy hints of raspberry, whiffs of Cognac and Bourbon with rather hooch character; bitter, roasty finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Very restricted, simply sweet-ish, pulpy raspberry flavours (complete lack of tart-ish, refreshing fruit acidic as well as earthy, leafy aspects), somewhat chintzy, hoochy, BA flavours, slightly unpleasant kind of bitterness, disharmonious - rather abortive.
