Butelka z datą do 4.10.2017. BARWA: blado czerwone , klarowne. PIANA: kolor jasny róż, średnia , drobno pęcherzykowa, szybko znika do zera . AROMAT: rzeźki owocowy , po zamieszaniu szkła bardzo wyraźnie wyczuwalna malina i wiśnia. SMAK: umiarkowanie kwaśne limonkowo-cytrynowe, z wyraźnym posmakiem malinowym, wysycenie średnie które podbija rzeźkość i pijalność. Świetne ale chyba owoce leśne bardziej mi smakowały.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Citrusy hoppy, zesty aroma, notes of orange, mandarine, corresponding zesty notes. Taste is slightly bitter, citrusy hoppy, thin caramel malty basis, hints of lemon, orange, mandarine, some orange zest, a mineral touch.

Draught @ Pułapka, Gdańsk. Pours hazy dark ruby / copper brown with very small off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, estery touches and with booze in the long nose. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour with notes of roast and heavy booze. Estery and boozy aftertaste. Not the worst Quad I have ever had, but not very close to the best one, either. Very low carbonation. Do it again, gentlemen, please.

Draught @ Pułapka, Gdańsk. Pours hazy pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with sourish notes of grain and faint malty touches. Sourish and cheesy flavour with notes of yeast and mild touches of hops. Vinous aftertaste with estery touches. Not bad for the style.
