Barwa nieprzejrzyście czarna, piana beżowa, obfita, drobna, lekko koronkuje. W aromacie ciemna czekolada, kawa, ziarna kawy, alkohol, niestety też taki ordynarny, nieco rozpuszczalnikowy, nutka chmielu. W smaku półwytrawne, mocno palone, dużo gorzkiej czekolady, kawy, nut chmielowych. Goryczka średniowysoka, długa, zalegająca, wysycenie nieco za wysokie, piwo agresywne, gryzie w przełyk, głównie od wysycenia i goryczki. Alkohol mimo, że wyczuwalny, to jednak nie przeszkadza aż tak bardzo. Piwo jest konkretne, chociaż nie ma zbyt gęstej faktury. Całkiem ciekawy RIS, aczkolwiek nieco niedopracowany. Na pewno zyska na leżakowaniu.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Dorée, col crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet bien houblonné et assez conséquent avec ample pin et résineux, impression de thé vert, herbacé bien rendu, effet feuille. Palais est bien houblonné, impression de thé vert voire earl grey avec ce fini herbacé qui tend à conférer une petite sécheresse en fin de bouche.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Rosée léger pourpre, col crémeux rosé. Arôme au nez complet, fruité noir et bleus, petit effet de souffre, mûre arrivant en rétro, qcq éléments feuilles bouillies. Palais est léger fruité mûre, blueberries, effet lactobascillius est discret avec un fini léger - watery mais efficace.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Hazy orange, creamy bit off-white head. Nose is milky yeast, hop, fruity, stone fruit. Taste is bit dusty, herbal almost vanilla?, sweet yeast, bergamot, way too sweet to baffling extent. Creamy yeast body, illusion of vanilla.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Deep pink, red hued, off-pink head. Nose is sour yoghurt, cherry, low sugar, lactic berries faintly metallic. Taste is heavy on yoghurt, low metallic, sweet, yoghurt berries, blueberry,... Dark berries yoghurt body. Yoghurt is quite heavy but its good & interesting.

Bottle at the Warsaw base camp. Pours clear, rich gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has some hearty pale malts, pine, melon, peach. Medium sweet flavour with restrained piney bitterness, bready malts, papaya. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with light warmth, citrus peel, some resinous pine, melon. Good stuff.

Bottle at the flat in Warsaw. Pours mostly clear orange with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds rindy citrus, bready and grainy malts, piney hops. Medium sweet flavour with crackery pale malts, more ripe citrus fruits, melon, pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with light resin, a little alcohol, more crackery pale malts, or age rind. Not bad.

Bottle shared in Warsaw. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. A little zesty citrus in the nose, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour, a little sugary, with ripe citrus, piney bitterness, a slight plastic note. Medium bodied with fine carboantion. Resinous finish, a little more of hat plastic, some grass, pale bread, pine. So so.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white what. Strong phenolics in the nose, Belgian yeast, banana, lemon peel. Big sweet flavour, a little herbal, with light grassy bitterness, alcohol, lemon peel. Full bodied with average carbonation. Hot finish, more grass, herbs, hay, citrus peel. Just OK.
