Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Fruity nose with some wheat crackers. Sweet and juicy, yeast yuwith some orange. Feels concentrated with waming estery alcohol. However, just as most strong wits, it gets sticky and overly fruity. The flavours get unclean and sweaty. After a while I start feeling uncomfortable in the presence of such company.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Golden colour, with some slight white head. Particles floating around. Aroma is wheat, some alcohol with some yeast and barnyardy notes. Flavour is wheat, spices, some yeast and a bit of alsohol. Not that bad, and the alcohol is not disturbingly strong in the brew.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, small head. Estery aroma of raspebrry chewing gum. Sweet and medium bodied with notes of butter, crystal malt and caramel with refsh raspberries mixed into it. Mild and fruity with salty finish almost without bitterness. Very light and mild weizenbock.

Muddy amber color; big creamy head. Nice malt aroma, light, with a touch of banana, spices and vegetables. The mouthfeel is quite thin, soft, where the yeast left some unpleasant vegetables traces. Not very good.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy nutbrown colour, huge creamy/bubbly head, which leaves nice lace. Aroma is strong wheat and malts. Flavour is strong on the malty side with mild wheaty notes. Some mild bananaish notes are lurking in the background. Pleasant brew.

Dark brown color; creamy head but not persistent. Both the aroma and flavor have some vanilla; the aroma is also quite metallic; in the flavor there is a trace of cocoa powder. Not my liking, now I remember why I didn’t buy it last time ;-)

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bluecheese, fruits and slight alcohol. Alcoholic sweetness with malts and hops along with yeast and fruits in the flavour. A bit unbalanced as for the sweetness, but otherwise really good.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Dark ruby brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is a bit chocolate, coffee, fruits and some sourness. The same in flavour. Feels quite unbalanced.

Bottled. Dark brown, brief head. Aroma of plums and cocoa powder. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. There’s lots of cocoa, but the simple clean malt character is disturbing, as is the extreme fruity ness, sort of like cheap plum brandy. The cocoa powder is what lingers and gives some bitterness. Wakes up long forgotten memories of Floris Chocolat, although it is far from as bad as that.

Bottled, alc. 7.5-8 %
Dark ruby color, small brown head. Chocolate/cocoa aroma mixed with leather or rubber. Milk chocolate dominates flavor, also some harsh black currant -like notes. Sweet .. stout and slightly artificial feeling here.
