33 cl. bottle at Hotel Le Saint Romain, Romainmotier. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a medium sized, white head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, sweet fruits, citrus and tangerines. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with sweet exotic fruits and caramel malts. An earthy touch. Too sweet for an APA. Still enjoyable.

33 cl bottle at Hotel Le Saint Romain, Romainmotier. Milky, golden colour with a fluffy, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, sweet, exotic fruits, wheat malts and a spicy hint. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and fruity with lingering citrus. Rather tart for a Hefeweizen - this is leaning more towards a Belgian Wit. Still good, trough.

Bottle. Dirty, slightly malty aroma. Unrefined bitterness that goes all over the place, matching the unrefined aroma that has hints that come and go at will. Freshly carbonated, but that’s about the only good thing to say about this beer. Drinkable.

Primär malziger Antrunk, dem eine milde Hopfigkeit folgt. Milde trockene Herbe, der Hopfen ist zu mild. Süffig, etwas langweilig. 10/8/9/7/9/7
