Hazy amber color. Honey aroma, a bit soapy, flowery, but also freshly cut wood. Sweet flavor, syrupy body, good honey flavor, with light citrus touch, wood, tree sap, cream custard, summer flowers, and something else that probably is the Manuka honey. It’s well balanced, sweet, aromatic and interesting. A favorite one.

37. 5 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is sweet, spiced and herbal honey. Sweet honey flavoured. Dry honey and herbal finish.
