In 2012 we came up with the idea of making our own pilsner to be able to serve it at Kino, our pub in Gothenburg. In 2013 we started brewing beer. In 2014, we brewed beer. In 2015, we brewed beer. In 2016 we brewed beer. In 2017, we brewed beer. In 2018, we brewed beer. 2019 we brew beer.

Hazy yellow color, medium-sized white head. A sweetish tropical fruit aroma with pineapple, peach, and stone fruit. Medium-bodied. The taste is not as sweet as the aroma would suggest; the sweet pineapple is missing, replaced by citrus, stone fruit, and pale malt. Quite good.

Burk i hemmet. Tyvär misslyckad kärv jävel som river i halsen . Visst finns lite fina smaker därnånstans. Men nu igen ?en obalanserad Dipa från fina stigberget . Vad händer ? Ny praktikant som brygger ? Jag gillar weast coast öl men denna beska har inget med weast coast att göra . Kärv Coast istället .

Can shared at Free Beer. Clear golden with fluffy white head. Huge lemon, lime zest, weedy hops, crisp malts, biscuits, caramel. Very zesty. Medium sweet and bittet. Super crisp body. Nice.

Can shared at Free Beer. Cloudy yellow golden. Zesty, gooseberries, oats, creamy wheat, white grapes, soft alcohol, Thai green curry, a touch of spruce. Over medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied, slight boozy finish. Noice.

Can at Free Beer. Hazy yellow golden with bright white head. Massive tangerine, orange zest, oats, mango, light grassy and some pine in the finish. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Lovely.

Fat på Chapterhouse . Ja bitter, besk, kärv överhumlad är ord ölgubbar använder ?? Läser på stigbergets egna beskrivning av denna pale ale? Ja inte stämmer varsin beskrivningen eller att det smakar Pale ale. Utan som en del av brewskis sämsta bitter öl . Nåt kanske fel på fatet? Eller så har stigbergets använt nån ny praktikant .

Taster @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of coconut and mango. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin quickly diminishing white head and average visible carbonation. Tastes is refreshing tropical fruity and citrusy with coconut following and smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. It’s fine, but Lassie will not return…
