Draught @ Bar Kino. Had to search this out after seeing the opinions of the All In crew. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is malty and tiny herbal with cereal, lemon balm, hay, lemon zest, unfermented wort and soil. Taste is bitter, malty adn earth with white bread, cereal, soil, orange peal, lemon peal, hints of grass and very sublte hints of lemon balm, basil and iron. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with cereal, white bread, grass, orange peal, lemon zest, iron and hints of butterscotch. Very tasty pilsner but it doesn’t rock my world.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö; 6.3% ABV
Hazy amber color with creamy head. The aroma is initially fresh, fruity, deep; then it gets an interesting earthy character too (manure), not too strong. Food body, the mouthfeel is smooth enough; strong caramel flavor, with a touch of toffee; very strong bitterness; the hops are full of resins, provide some fruitiness, bitter oranges, but unfortunately also a vegetable bitterness type, more evident in the final; light earthy touch here too.
Hopping to be refined, but already a good beer.

Draught @ Jerntorgets Brygghus. Pours hazy deep golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky trace on the glass. Smell is subtle with caramel, mango, papaya, pineapple, pink grapefruit juice, lemon grass, pine needles and freshly cut grass. Taste is bitter, tiny malty and fruity with dark bread, caramel, pink grapefruit juice, papaya, pineapple, gooseberries, pine needles, freshly cut grass, lemon grass and sweet basil. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit juice, unripe tropical fruits, gooseberries, freshly cut grass and sweet basil. Would have been lovely with a more crackers-focused malt profile.
