Can @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pesca giallona, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note di frutta gialla matura, ananas matura, erbaceo. In bocca è succosa, ha un attacco abboccato con chiusura poco amara. Corpo medio, vellutata al palato, carbonazione medio-leggera. Molto ben fatta.

Can 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a dense, roughish, beige head. Roast and licorice in the nose - even a hint of tobacco. Solid body, lightly sweet pleasant roast and licorice - again this tobacco note with very subtle bitterness. Very straight and very pleasant. 290326

Draught (Stigbergets Fot, Stockholm) - Slightly hazy copper. Orange, caramel and some hints of berries and chocolate in the aroma. Hoppy and toasted taste with toffee, nuts and citrus. Definitely a modern interpretation of bitter.
