On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw and grain with a bit of popcorn underlying. Flavor has a combination of grass, grains and popcorn.

Sampled from the cask at the brewery. Pours a hazy light orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong grapefruit and citrus combination with some light grains underlying. Flavor is similar with a lot of grapefruit but not overly bitter and a nice slightly sweet citrus note.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of citrus and citrus rind with a bit of flora and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has lots of citrus rind with a good citrus bite and some grains backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has sour lemon and light fruits with some wheat backing. Flavor has tart lemon throughout with a bit of wheat and light fruits underlying.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice pils bready malt and a big lemony hop. Flavor is a little bit thinner than the aroma let on. You still get a decent bready malt with the hops it’s just a little watery. I don’t think being brewed in the California Common style added anything to the beer. It is a solid pils though.
