Draught @ Churchill’s Pub & Grille, San Marcos. Aroma has sweet fruity tones and some fruit candy. Flavour has menthol, some resin and mild tropical fruits. Nothing much.

Lightly hazy gold with a stark white head. Powerful lemon and grass aroma. Medium, crisp, clean body. Flavor is lemon, grass, medium citrus. Really nice summer drinker. Clean and refreshing and awesome.

Draft. Amber-brown beer with a dark cream head. Caramel and dark fruit aroma with light yeast. Caramel and dark fruit flavor with yeast. Medium bodied. Spice and caramel linger with yeast and dark fruit.

Keg at the taproom, 12/11/14. Lightly hazed yellow/blonde with a moderate off white top. Nose is clean smelling, pale malt, lemon rinds, fresh grass. Taste follows, fresh grass, light bread dough, citric peel, straw, malt notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean close., light vanilla. Decent lightly hopped pils.

Keg at the taproom, 12/11/14. Golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter hops, citric, straw, orange pith. Taste comprises grapefruit, citric peel, straw, lemon rind, orange pith, toasted malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy bitterness. Ok.

light Amber color. Very clean clear minerally nose. Def a California common. A touch of dyactyle. Clean and clear mouth, but overall pretty good stuff.
