Blonde, slight chill haze, thin head. Orangey hop nose, bit of grapefruit and just a touch of stale pine stuff. Balanced...the malt sweetness is nice, the weak spot is the stale c hops. The grapefruit is there but yeah, hop contracts are the bane of many an international brewer.

@ rooftop bar at the Raffles. Hazy, thin head. Some of the hops are a bit stale, but there’s also some orangey stuff, too. Moderate bitterness, lots of orange. A bit too stale, in terms of old c hops, or beer storage.

slightly hazy golden color. Slightly astringent mouthfeel, firm bitterness but lacking depth. Some over ripe odd fruit character. Not my favorite by any stretch but well made

slightly hazy golden color with frothy white head. Medium full body very malt accented but not enough hops for an APA. Medium body, nothing particularly shines with this beer, but some odd tobacco notes at the end. Still ok. Good mouth feel.

light crisp, modest hoppiness, medium bitterness. Very crisp and clean. Beer here is in good condition. Really good. Spot on blonde ale.

Tap at Polilya, Poblacion, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruit, light dry woody, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light, malt, light tropical fruit, dry, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. The pale ale, IPA and Double IPA share a similar recipe and therefore similar characteristics.
