8/4/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP2. Courtesy of Matthias, cheers! Pours clear pale yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, veggie, buttery, damp straw, caramel. Quite sweet with light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Not so great.

Schöne, sehr trübe Farbe. Gekochte und frische Früchte (hier insbesondere roter und grüner Apfel). Getreide und die Hefe spielen geschmacklich auch mit rein. Sämige Konsistenz. Lecker, süffig. Ein gelungenes Weißbier.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow, minimally grainy and spicy, malty aroma, a touch of caramel and malt lozenge. Taste is mellow and minimally spicy malty, minimally doughy yeasty and mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of malt lozenge, caramel, strawy-spicy overtones. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, well adjusted sweetness especially - OK.
