The flavor was very bitter and harsh with a strong medicinal presence followed by rough piney hops. Long rough, bitter and medicinal finish. Medium body. Awful.

The flavor was roasty and dry, a bit smokey, bitter, a bit woody and had faint floral hops and anise. Long finish. Thin in body for a stout.
