Bottle at Beermalade Beervana mystery tasting. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. High bitterness, light sourness - the sour part seems to be fruit derived though. The real fruit additions are cleanly coming through. Lots of exotic, resiny, citrusy character. Easy drinking, crisp. Very good.

Bottle at Beermalade Beervana mystery tasting. Shitloads of exotic fruity character right from the nose up until the end. Moderate bitterness, also moderate sweetness, though not much malty character, rather simple sugary sweetness. Despite this, the body feels med-thin, carbonation is moderate. Mango, maracuja, also maybe a bit of cantaloupe. Lots of juicy hoppy goodness. Easy drinking, good one.

Bottle at Beermalade Beervana mystery tasting. Right off the bat it feels rough in all respects. Initially I got overripe apples, unpleasant overripe fruitiness, grassy. After a while I get raisins soaked in some kind of alcohol, but not exactly pleasant. A weird mix of earthy, basementy, feels oxidized and stale-ish. A bit of caramel, toffee. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Got some good elements, some bad one, overall somewhere in between.

Bottle at Beermalade Beervana mystery tasting. Clear straw colour, stable white head. Rather thin body, very high carbonation. Assertive spicy phenolics, clove was up front for me, along with some flowery classic Belgian character. Moderate banana is present, twisting up the standard wit impression. Overall feels kinda like a wit-weiss combination hybrid, but if we categorize it like this, it is then very very clean, and easy drinking - at least if we left out a bit of the carbonation, it can be a bit too filling.
