Tap at Red Nose Pub. The honeyish sweetish herbal element is central, of medium-high intensity in both aroma and flavour. Lacks a bit of bitterness, comes across mostly sweet, balanced only by light alcoholic warmth, which suggests higher voltage. Good, but not great. Too much herbs and lack of balance for my liking.

Euro Secret Santa. Röstiger, cremig malziger Antrunk mit geringer Karbonisierung. Bitter, hintergründig wässrig hopfig, röstig bleibend, dabei aber nicht zu trocken. Süffig, herb-schokoladiger und zunehmend hopfiger Mittelteil. Spritzig, mittellanger Nachhall. Gut. 9/10/10/10/9/10

Bottle at Beermalade. Lots of roastiness, coffee, spent coffee. Lots of bitterness, but seems mostly roasty origin. Light roast sourness. I did not find any hops. Average.

Bottle from Beermalade. Moderately roasty taste with character of spent coffee. Quite thin body, lacking the characteristic rich maltiness. Lacks character, very single-dimensional and it simply does nor work for me.

0.5l bottle. Malty aroma, hopy notes, caramel, chocolate, light coffee. Hazy dark copper color, small beige head. Malty taste, caramel, chocolate, light to medium bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation and malty light bitter finish with caramel notes. Ok.
