Grainy, strawy, minimally spicy, pale malty and grassy hoppy aroma, a touch of protein, whiffs of butterscotch. Taste is bitter, grassy hoppy, slightly spicy, grainy and strawy, pale malty, minimally butter undertones; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly, almost lively carbonation. Light, minimally overcarbonated, rather plain hop bitterness - OK.
