Growler. Clear amber body. Fizzy, white head rapidly diminishing. Big aroma of smoked bacon with hints of toasted grain, biscuit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Smoke dominates aroma and flavor and itβs meaty, but not so much so that other characteristics disappear. Theyβre muted, but still there. Could have used more carbonation, but I suspect it lost carbonation by being poured poorly into the growler which was only three-quarters filled. Thanks Wes.
