On tap at Culmination, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and subdued piney dry hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry piney hops and biscuity malt. Dry and toasty, with a good balance. Solid.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and subdued hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh hops, toasted biscuity malt and a touch of resins. Fresh and balanced. Solid stuff.

On tap at Culmination, pours a filthy opaque dirty yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of pithy passionfruit, lightly acidic cider and tart tropical fruits. Flavour is very juicy, with lots of pithy tropical fruit juice, some dry acidic cider and light tartness. Not as good as the nose suggests, but it's quite tasty.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear reddish brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts and English bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with English bready malt, toasted nuts and a hint of cinnamon. Soft on the palate, finishing with bready malt.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light dry hopping and subdued oak. Flavour brings out a nice tart citric character upfront, followed by oak and floral dry hopping. Very soft on the palate, finishing with wild yeast and floral dry hopping. Very good.

On tap at Culmination, pours an opaque cloudy bright orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty subdued, with light peaches and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is moderately more expressive, with fresh peaches and toasted biscuity malt. Somewhat pithy and easy to drink, but not terribly complex or special. Decent.

On tap at McMenamins - 23rd Bottle Shop, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits, followed by lots of citrus hops. Flavour is extremely fruity, with lots of mangoes and passionfruit, citrus hops and just enough biscuity malt. Very fruity and fresh. Excellent.

On tap at McMenamins - 23rd Bottle Shop, pours an opaque cloudy pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out pithy blackberries, followed by a touch of like. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of fruity pithy blackberries and a touch of lime. Medium tartness. Fruity and herbal on the finish.

Apparently, this is a collaboration with Ise Kadoya. Tap at Kamikaze as Oregon Sakura though I saw bottles of it at the Portland Fair in Hanshin Dept. Store. Deep salmon pink with a pinkish head. A tart sour yoghurty aroma. A bit buttery thin bodied and really tart berry. Lots of cherry and wheat cakes pastry type maltiness.
