On tap at Culmination, pours an opaque muddled pinkish amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is full of yogurty notes, with raspberries, blueberries, and rhubarb. Flavour is earthy and muddled, with lots of soil — is that the rhubarb? — with lacto and subdued berries. Pretty useless beer here. Crappy kettle sour, with poor fruit expression.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some candied citrus with dark grains, licorice and earthy roast underlying. Flavor has sweet dark grains and roasted malts with a bit of earthy candied citrus backing.

Tall can from Winerack at home. Hazy dull yellow pour with dissipating head. Aroma is juicy but herbaceous. Taste is bitter and citric but not juicy. Unusual but good!
