Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out rich apricot upfront, with a nice honey nectar character underneath. Flavour is loaded with rich apricots upfront, like you're drinking pure apricot juice from the fruit, along with honey nectar. Lovely stuff.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear dull yellow. Aroma reveals a really nice mix of roasted pineapple and chipotle peppers. Flavour is really wonderfully constructed, with roasted pineapple and chipotle. Medium sweet, with a roasted pineapple and lightly spicy finish. Very good.

Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma brings out a very dry earthiness and subdued wildflower honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy honey and wildflower notes. Much less sweet, with an earthy finish. Very good.

Bottle from Todd, thanks for the hookup. Brilliantly clear deep rose color with a couple of bubbles on top. Beautiful nose full of fruit and light floral honey. Semi sweet floral fruity flavor light tannin provides a delicate balance. Very clean well made mead!
