Cask at the source. Dark brown color tan head. Huge maple aroma. Taste is sweet maple and vanilla on a riast background. Doesn’t quite come together.

Brett treated cask at the source. Hazy pale yellow color scant head. Aroma of dust, lemon, light pepper. Taste is lightly tart lemon and subtle funk. Not much carbonation. OK.
