Wood and grist nose, with lesser lemongrass highlights. Hazy amber, medium sticky head. Pencil shavings, lemongrass, orange peel. Medium body, soft. Very well balanced, flavorful, and poundable. This is a good flagship for a young brewery.

12 ounce bottle from the brewery. Slightly hazy white with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of yeast, stone fruits, spice, bread, candied citrus. The taste is bubblegum, cotton candy, cherries, stone fruit, citrus, yeast, caramel, bready malt. Medium bodied, lingering spice. A little all over the place but pretty decent.
