Description
We are a microbrewery located in Berkeley Springs, WV. We brew a large variety of ales made from the mineral water of the Warm Springs. The Bath Water Brewpub located in the same building offers a full pub menu that includes beer braised fresh pulled pork and brisket, beer cheese and deli sandwiches prepared on site. Our pub also offers our house Vanilla Bean Root Beer and Kombucha as well as wines and other distilled spirits. Try one of our hoptails “specialty beer cocktails” for a unique taste experience. We are Nonsmoking and family friendly (til 9 pm).

Almost black with a large foamy tan head. Roasty with notes of cocoa and mint. Long finish. Medium body.

Refrigerated poured by can poured into a glass. Hazy pale yellow with huge fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and lacing. Taste is yeasty and dry. Tastes like a saison.

Refrigerated 12 oz slim line can poured into a glass. Opaque yellow with small white head. Aroma is lemon, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is tart lemon and some green tea.

Lemon, biscuit malt, and lemon peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter lemon peel flavor. Good body. Delivers on the lemon.

Chocolate malt, lactic acid, and hay aroma. Hazy dark brown with moderate tan head. Lightly sweet chocolate malt, and lightly bitter hay/grass flavor. Okay body.

Sour milk, toffee malt, and grass aroma. Hazy amber with small head. Mildly sweet toffee malt, lightly sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Okay body.

Lemon, sour milk, corn/barley malt, and straw aroma. Hazy yellow with giant white head. Lightly sweet lemon, corn malt, lightly sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice - sourness works well.

Refrigerated pint can, canned November 18, poured into a glass. Cloudy light orange with huge white head. Aroma is citrus hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hops and citrus hops.

Tons of lime and a little bitter element of green tea. Murky yellow pour without much head. Quite the sour finish, lots of acid here. Tap at brewery.
