Pronounced Zuess. Bottle at Helicon, nice place. Clear pale, almost like water and completely still. Very clean and fresh mild honey nose. Clean fresh thang carries over to the taste as well. Mild, sweet easy enjoyable stuff. Thicker than beer of course and it has some of the attributes of good ice cider. Not bad, easy. Very friendly. Ends with a slight warming sensations that is kind of sexy, all over. Very good domestic mead experience, thank you.

Bottle at Helicon. Nice dark clear purplish eye. Smell is fruit and honey, gentle nose. Appetizing. Intitall its flat like wine. A little thinner than expected. Good flavor. Smooth, not boozy. Friendly till the end but it does provide an unintentional alky kick to the noggin. Nice local domestic mead. Drinks like fruit wine.

Man, this was some of the best local cider I’ve had yet, yes, this stuff rocks! Is that what it takes? A brewer with excellent mead abilities? What’s the same between them? Bot a crowler after a taste on tap, this was simply really good, well brewed, cider. Dry yet just enough unfermetned sugar to hold your attention. Good mild cutting sizzling carbonation as well, for a cider, it really adds to the experience. Yummy. Thank you KV! Somebody round here really knows how to make real, old country, fun lovin cider cider! Careful, it’l kick yer hiney after 2 big glasses.

On tap at Butler Brew Works. Very light pale yellow. Looks somewhat watery but when it hits the taste buds, its thicker & mouth coating. Slight honey nose. Very good initial impressions. Nice honey attributes somewhat absent from other local meads. Not as waxy as the old country meads but good none the less. Well balanced and easy to take. Good overall impressions of this brew. Presence of grapes is not really apparent. Good stuff.
