very clear. almost looks like water but some pale int ere. quite sterile on the nose. do detect a hint of pineapple on the taste then the piny apple thing starts to come thru on the nose. taste is mild and never over the top. is there any alkjy in this? goes down way to easy for a 11% brew. finish has a tad of pineapple in ther.

Update; had this at cobblehaus, still the same, pretty good but a little watery. Old Rating: Looks very good. clear darker reddish with a tad of orange in there. slight sweet honey smell. can’t get berry on the nose. a slightly smoother feel ont he palate. and it does have the fruit punching thru on the tongue. yes, like fruit has been added during or after the fermy. OK by ne. not much if any co2.

an almost clear watery looking thing. barely any perceivable aroma. mild perfume. has some visible co2 bubbles. some co2 on the palate as well. comes across rather weak. very difficult to sense any alky in there. but its there fer sure. no warming sensations. friendly and fun overall.

This is a very good presentation of mead, friendly fun and so exciting. Lots of things happening in this concoction. Actually has been warmed on some kinda heater fer sure. The smell is over the top orange. So yummy and attractive on the tongue. Unique fer sure. One of the best prepared meads to date. Much more than a mead from a bottle. This serving rocks.

orange color, clear and quite unique looking for a brew. clove aroma is very apparent and makes me nervous. oddly the cranberry make a really well done combination, just about right mix of each IMHO. so much better than it sounds. works together well. probably the best one tasted at apis. nice. a very unique experience. glad to have had the chance to taste this

A darker red clear brew. looks quitte appetizing. smell of sweetness and fruity perfume. completely flat. lacks most suger must be fermented out somewhat. Yea, that smell is misleading tpo the sugar inthere. Overall it is of course quite winelike. Never in yer face. slight warming effect on the gullet.

More of a clear red brown perhaps some darker color orange in there. Subtle fruit aroma. Barely can smell this. On the first gulp uptake, some co2 in there, tho no perceivable bubbles visibly. Taste of fruit in there, never would know it is primarily berry. Fairly easy fer sure. Never know this is 12%, careful. Good overall.

clear pale yellow ever so slight perfume on the olfactory. More body than the mellifera. flat. hides 15% rather well, no sign of rudeness. warming going down the gullet. Does have a watery wine feel to it.

visible co2 and looks like clear bubbly and attractive to the mind. Smells suspiciously like apple cider hard. A little warming as the palate thin. Hides alky well. Barely perceivable carbonation. Better be careful with this one. Overall not bad, quite easy going and a little thinner than expected.
