Description
Old 690 Brewing Company is one of the first limited breweries to open in the state of Virginia. Our mission is to brew and serve a unique yet balanced variety of fresh craft beers including several seasonal ales that utilize crops grown on the 10 acre property. Come out to beautiful Loudoun County to see our hops and enjoy our unique tasting room Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays where we serve tasting flights, pints and growlers to go. We have food trucks on Saturdays and our own kitchen, but feel free to bring your own food. We are also family, kid and dog friendly.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear a clear pale gold with an off white head. An ok pale lager. A bit more bitter than most.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small, fluffy white head. Aroma was light Belgian yeast notes, sweet candi sugar comes through in this one. Flavor was light malt, candi, and a touch of yeast.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a dark, cola brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma wa resin, rich malty notes. Rich creamy mouthfeel. sweetness. Light resin on the finish. Pretty tasty.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a reddish, amber (yep) hue with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was slightly nutty. Flavor was sweet malts, some light earthy hops. Light roast finish.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a nice yellow amber color, medium sized white head. A little smoked meat on the nose. Flavor had liquid smoke, malts. Much better as it has warmed a bit where the aroma and flavor intensified pleasantly.
