Description
Our philosophy is to brew beer with the adventurous craft beer drinker in mind—focusing on hand-crafted, small batches of beer, using local, seasonal and organic ingredients as much as possible.
Our beers are influenced mostly by Belgian and American craft styles, but the addition of premium ingredients such as fruits, spices or wild yeast strains sometimes causes the beers to defy traditional categories. Our barrel aging program features a wide variety of beers aged in wine and spirits barrels, ranging from a Rye barrel-aged Mexican Chocolate Stout to a wild yeast-fermented Saison aged on Missouri wine grapes in French oak wine barrels. We strive to always achieve balance with each of our recipes, making our beers exceptional with food.

CBJ Tasting. Hazy-opaque gold. Can. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma has light fruit with a dry edge (somehow). Flavourwise it has dry but sweet stone fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hmmm.

Tasting at CBJ, thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this near clear gold beer, small odd white head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Light sweet pale malts. Cooling pine and sweet hop citrus. Light finish. Tad sweet. Fine.

Smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with loads of coconut, vanilla, cocoa, hints of cinnamon, barrel, oak, toffee and syrup. Quite a lot of coconut here. Borderline too sweet and greasy but somehow it works.

Tap @Basement Beer Bar, Aalborg. Black, beige head. Heavy dark malty aroma, coconut, peanut, licorice. Creamy, full bodied with a good boozy buzz. Bittersweet flavour, heavy malty with some sweet licorice, again a solid boozy hug, slightly sticky. Good.

För övrigt fan vad vi saknar ratebeer . Siten som var byggd för ölnördar
