Draft (growler). Clove, banana, orange, and wheat malt aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Sweet banana/orange, wheat malt flavor with moderately strong bitter herbal finish. Very hoppy style-wise - not bad.

Draft: Nearly clear, brassy gold with a small, off-white head. Hoppy, wheaty aroma. Taste is strongly clove, vanilla.. Almost a rye-like flavor as well... Raw vanilla dominates...lacks the citrus qualities expected. Different.

Draft: Nearly black, rubied, with a small tan head. Chocolate and coffee malt, aroma. Light coffee bitter, chocolate flavours. Creamy. Very nice.

Draft: Slightly hazy, brown-brandy, almost no head or ring. Bourbon, cherry brandy aroma. Taste is woody, oaky, cherry, bourbon. Very nice bourbon/alcohol burn and vapour. -aged in Buffalo Trace Barrels. Excellent.

Draft: (dry-hopped version) Almost clear amber, with a minimal off-white head. Caramel, bitter pine/grapefruit hop aroma. Taste is just as the scent foretells... Very bitter, spicy, hoppy. Good, but a palate wrecker at a tasting.

tap at Dash In - Pours amber with some lacing. It has a hearty caramel malt aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malt with moderate hops bitterness. This medium bodied brew is an enjoyable, easy drinking beer.
