Draft @ brewery. Black with a medium tan head. Fresh sweet spearmint and chocolate malt aroma. Sweet chocolate malt, fresh cooling spearmint, light acidity, and slightly green flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. As a folk herbalist, I was rather impressed with the freshness of the mint flavor.

Draft: Deep brown with a short tan head. Coffee, chocolate aroma. Taste is chocolate, coffee, nut, sugar over a slightly yeasty tang. Different...but the styles blend pretty well.

Draft: Pours very dark brown with a thick tan head. Coffee malt aroma. Taste is creamy coffee, roasted barley..... Good carbonation... Very rich, nearly in porter territory. Very good.
