Draft: Hazy, amber with a small off-white head. Orange malt, slightly cheesy aroma. Taste is sweet, orange/tangerine malt. Not overly bitter, really. And I didn’t get much in the way of coffee notes, either..... Not bad, but not a great deal of Imperial-ness, either.

Draft: Black with a creamy tan head. Black raspberry, chocolate aroma. Taste is heavily berried, raspberry, cocoa. Tingly carbonation. Sweet, pretty nice....heavier than expected.

Draft: (Now named: "Mad Skillz") Nearly black with a creamy tan head. Coffee roast aroma. Taste is caramel malt, black coffee. A mild grapefruit-peel bitter. Pretty nice........nothing outstanding, but solid.....very mild.

Draft. Pecan toffee malt aroma with a hint of salt. Black with small head. Sweet nutty toffee malt and mildly bitter grass flavor. Mild oyster aftertaste. Very light body.

Draft. Ginger, cinnamon, and biscuit malt aroma - smells just like the cookie. Cloudy amber with small head. Sweet cinnamon and light ginger and malt flavor - cinnamon dominates though. Light body. Smells great but doesn’t come through on the flavor.

Growler: Cloudy, dark yellow with a small white head. Ginger and cinnamon aroma. Ginger ale flavor......not as much cinnamon as in the scent....at first...as it warms the cinnamon gets more bold.....sweet grain malt, maybe a little peach... Light and refreshing. Pleasant taste, great aroma.

Draft: Deep red-brown with a small tan head. Caramel, light coffee aroma. Slightly bitter chocolate and coffee malt taste. Very solid.....really nice flavour and body.

Draft: Peep brown with a small off-white head. Coffee, chocolate, caramel aroma. Coffee malt, salt, caramel malt, oyster flavours. A slight leafy bittering. Some tea-like character..... Very pleasant.

Draft: Very dark brown with a tan head. Rich, chocolate and coffee aroma. Taste is nicely roasty coffee malt, chocolate malt. Creamy and sweet....nice, full body. Very good.
