Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of resin and earthy pine backed by a touch of grapefruit and grains. Flavor is similar with resin and pine with a strong sweet grain backbone.

Hazy golden color. Big caramel, stone fruit nose. Very smooth rounded mouth, not too bitter. The malt isn’t as dominate as you expect from a PNW beer. So light body. Well put together.

Bien bonne bière (partagée avec un ami) tout en agrumes et en résine!! La finale est très sèche et le produit a beaucoup de corps. L’alcool se fait quand même discret. J’ai adoré!

Bomber from Belmont Station. Pours clear, bright gold with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus with some earth and fruit - it does seem to be heading for darkness. Med body or so. Flavor is bitter, more citrus than other hop, and it’s mildly, lightly dank. Finishes not quite dry, fruity and bitter. And dank.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Pale golden pour with almost no head. Sour apple fronted fruit aroma. Flavor is mild and dry, with some apple fruit, dry brett, and an oak finish. Cider like in a small way. Brett overdose though. Good stuff overall.

On tap at Heathen, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma smells like a mojito, with lots of fresh mint and lime. Flavour is quite aggressive, with tons of fresh mint leaves and lime juice. Actually works really well for what it is. Finishes lightly acidic and fairly tart. Nice for what it is.

On tap at Heathen, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma smells more like a stout than a sour, with roasted malt upfront, and maybe some of the funky critters in back. Flavour is bizarrely blended, with lots of lacto and funky yeast upfront dominating. Very tart, quite acidic and vinegary. I don't think this experiment worked very well.

On tap at Heathen, pours a fairly clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out an intriguing mix of bourbon barrels, lacto and funky yeast in interesting harmony. Flavour is very complex, with lots of lacto and funky critters upfront, accentuated well by bourbon and a touch of vanilla. Intriguing mix of flavours that somehow work well together. Solid stuff.

On tap at Heathen, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma smells like chocolate milk indeed, with lots of lactose sweetness and cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, but quite disharmonious, with the cocoa and lactose not meshing well - it produces a phenolic character on the finish. Needs works.
