My Milk Stout Brings All the Boys to the Bars from Heathen Brewing

Keg at the brewery, 9/13/23. Not sure if it was nitro, couldn't see the tap, but it looked like a nitro head. Black, large tan head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, lactose, peanuts. Taste is roast, cherry, chocolate, lactose. A bit thin. Solid.

Keg at the Feral House, 9/13/23. 21.6k rating! Clear gold, large white head, average retention. Aroma of brett, oak, pepper. Very dry. Taste is brett, stone fruit, cherry, oak, hint of vanilla and raisin. Mild tartness.

Keg at the Feral House, 9/13/23. Pale gold, slight haze. Thin tan head, poor retention. Aroma of oak, phenols, apricot, brett, leaves. Taste is tart stone fruit, mustard, brett, oak, sweet berry. Mild tartness, well balanced.

Keg at the Feral House, 9/13/23. Slightly hazy gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine. Taste is pine, dank, resin, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Lingering bitterness.

Keg at the Feral House, 9/13/23. New brewery! Brewery # 2234, USA # 1831, Washington # 32. Hazy orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of citrus, resin, green hops, bready malt. Taste is bready malt, citrus, resin. Well balanced. Could be crisper.

OnTap at the Heathen taproom PInk mostly clear pour. Light pink coarse bubbles. Winey red berry flavors. Modestly tart, clean finish. Black curents.

Tribal Jam : Strawberry Lemonade from Heathen Brewing

On tap at the Vancouver taproom. Milkshake pink, with bits of the strawberry puree' clinging to the glass and the pink foam recedes. Big strawberry aroma and flavors. Thick and milkshakey. Lots of berries and the lemon character cuts through a bit.

On Tap at the Taproom. Mostly clear deep rose magenta. Medley of fruit/berreos, the lemon and lime comes through. Dry and pretty strong.
