Bottle - Raw oak, apricot, yeast with booze. Cloudy with a rich white head. Sweet honey, apricot and Belgian yeast. Long sweet finish, a bit too sweet.

Bottle - Strong bourbon boozy nose. Jet black with a decent brown head. Coconut, cream, molasses and chocolate. Wish the nose wasn’t so overpowering, but tastes great.

Sampled from the bottle at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of earthy pine and grass with a light grain backbone. Flavor has grass and light earthy pine with some earthy grain for a backbone.

Bottle @ 4 Hands. Pours a bright orange copper appearance with a tan head. Goopy orange / grapefruit citrusy, spicy hoppy nose. Slightly sweet but not that malty. Lightly toasted. Orange citrusy. A bit dank. Kind of fun but not the best here.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has pine and grass with a touch of onion and earthy grain backing. Flavor has more of an onion note with pine, grass and earthy grain.

On tap @ 4 Hands. Pours a deep brown black appearance with a dark brown head. Cocoa, whiskey, oak and roast in the nose. Really smooth flavor. Not all that sweet. Great vanilla flavor. Delicious.
