Sample at the taproom during the "2016 Anniversary Stout Cellared Release" event on 06/27/2017. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Apples and spice in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet apple, spice and yeast. The finish is sweet with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at Big orange Midtown. Clear deep golden amber color, fluffy tan head. Aroma of light spice,toasted brown bread. Taste is nicely spiced caramel with burnt edges.

Draft at the source. Randall set up by the brewer himself, I have photos if you’re interested. Dark brown color, beige head. Aroma of huge vanilla, cocoa, on a background of coffee. taste is coffee, vanilla, dry cocoa powder, licorice. Very tasty.

Draft at the source. Clear dark maroon color, thick brown head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of burnt espresso. Taste is bittersweet cocoa powder, coffee grounds, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla. Very tasty.

Nice to see a brewery doing a cider. Draft at the source. Crystal clear bright golden yellow color, white edge head, champagne bubbles. Aroma of dried apple skins. Taste is fruity at first, then dried skins, dry finish. Tasty.
