Established in 2012, we call Fayetteville, AR home and make it our mission to provide quality craft beer to Arkansas and the Ozarks. Named after a favorite fossil laden cove on the shores of Beaver Lake (the brewery’s water source), love our corner of the world and everything it offers. Hoppy Wheat from Fossil Cove Brewing Company

On tap at Tanglewood. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice citrus with a bit of grass with a bit of wheat backing. Flavor does a good job of combining citrus, grass and wheat that finishes earthy.
