Tap at the fest. Loads of green tea but some graininess there too, quite bitter, but the beer makes me enjoy the tea more. Not a big fan of matcha, but I quite liked this. One was enough though.

Keg at Popeye. Hope this is the right one, it was called Good Job IPA there. Amber coloured, not much head. Aroma is full on strawberry, bit of malt and some lemon in there in the background. Taste is initially hoppy, citrus bitter, then the strawberry comes in, biscuit malt too, and some sweetness. Taste shifts a bit with each sip, and becomes more malty towards the end. Nice.

Tap at Popeye. Golden amber colour, not much head. Aroma is lightly fruity, berries, solid sweet maltiness. Taste is grainy, some citrus hops, biscuity malt, quite fruity, quite dry. Solid if unexciting.

Bottle from Joyful Honda in Tatebayashi, called Irish Ale. Dark brown colour with a small golden bubbly head. Aroma is roasty, bit of milky chocolate, slightly savoury (my usual soy sauce thing that I smell in beers), and creamy too. Taste is nice, milky chocolate again with a touch of graininess. Quite thick and rich, but very easy to drink. Pretty good and would definitely have it again.

Bottle bought at Joyful Honda in Utsonomiya. Pale blond colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is grainy, bit floury, not so much else. Maybe a hint of fruitiness in there. Taste is unusual, definitely something fruity in there, some sort of berry, blueberry maybe. Quite crisp and dry with decent bitterness.Just a touch of caramel maltiness there. Quite unusual, and quite nice

Handpump at CBM Osaka. Pretty reddish-brown with an airy real ale head. Nutty, malty nose, caramel, bit of spicy UK hops. Sweet and nutty with caramel and a bitter finish which is just a bit rough. Nicely done.

Pours brown, quite clear with very little foam. Aroma is sweetish and malty, light caramel. Taste is quite smooth and a bit watery. Ok, true, this beer only has 4 percent abv, so I should not expect too much. Bitterness comes out at the end and lingers for a bit. Not as bad as I was afraid if, I can drink this.
