Sampler at brewery. Lightly slick golden appearance. Aroma is herb Belgian yeast hiding the candy sweetness but only mild esters. The herbal character really helps. Flavor is sweet with some baked pears and a similar bdldncomf hrtbsl character. Surprisingly well made for a brewery like this. I am happy to drink this again. A medium body, lightly sprinkling carbonation. Alcohol felt at the back of the throat.

Sampler at brewery slick gold appearance. Mid school DIPA. Sweet hops, not close to the current levels of juiciness but sweet fruit hops for circa 2010. Some times me ruining it a bit and a moderate bitter nose. Flavor is more pine with that lemon pledge like aspect but done sweetness and bitterness helping. Decent stuff.

Sampler at brewery. Super thick, hazy, dirty unfiltered to the max appearance. Not very attractive for style. Aroma is very phenolic. Same in flavor with a fruity Belgian yeast finish. But horribly clove like phenolics. 525311
Ok, rerate. Better version. Just basic slightly sweet and slick American take. A little lemon as well. Not sure what I had the first time. 737314

4 oz pour on nitro at Pietro’s/Argilla. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of roast, dark chocolate, light caramel. Tastes of dark chocolate, roast. Medium-light body with a dry finish. A little bit thin on the body but still pretty tasty.

4 oz pour on draft at Pietro’s/Argilla. Listed as Dry Hopped Avoine, brewed with Chinook and dry hopped with Mosaic. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, yeast, Bretty notes. Tastes of funk, floral notes, yeast. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice hoppy saison.
