Description
Salmon River Brewery makes award winning craft beer using as many local and regional ingredients as possible. We are a family friendly restaurant with rooftop and patio dining in the summer that features some of the best views in McCall. In the winter, we have an outdoor fire pit to warm your bones after a day at one of our local ski resorts or flying through powder on your snowmobile.

On tap at hops and bottles pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light pine citrus hops and some. Taste is more of the nice citrus hops some light grain malts.

On Tap m slightly foggy soft lemon yellow. Full coarse off white head. Pleasant citrusy pithy hop aroma and flavors with asturdy IBU bite. PLenty of kick. Clean fairly agressive IPA. Nice

On Tap at the Mccall brweery/taproom Lightly foggy deep orange golden. Densh fine soapy white head. Big fresh citrus and grapefruit on the nose. More standard agressive west coast IPA flavors. Citrus pith and grapefruit peel. Very flavorful and a bit obnoxious.

On Tap at the Mccall brewery/taproom Rich deep mahogany pour witha tan head and blocky lacing. Prety mild Belgian aroma and flavors. But a rich and big maltiness with a good ABV heft. Bold strong dark ale with a little belgian kick.

On Tap at the Mccall brewery/taproom Clear medium chestnut color. Fine and full light tan head. Classic toasted malt aromas and flavors. Smooth and pleasant. You can tell this is a big big for a standard brown. Nicely balanced and satisfying.

On tap at the McCall brewery/taproom mostly clear deep golden with a thin fine white head. Prominent Belgian yeast character light pale malts and a little sweetness.

On tap at the brewery pours out brown topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate some rich malts. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate and plenty malts.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus hops some melons and a touch of sweetness. Taste is more of the light citrus hops, missing that tropical fruit juice hops we have learned that goes with hazy ipas.
