On the hill overlooking the Snake River and Pancheri Bridge, Idaho Brewing Company is tucked away on the corner of Trask St and South Capital Ave. Our Brew House brews eighteen (and counting) different styles with a 10-barrel brew system. Our brewers strive to reproduce, with fidelity, the recipes that have generated great beer time and again.

Idaho Brewing Company's Tasting Room is one of Idaho Falls' best kept secrets. Offering twelve beers on tap, the Tasting Room has comfortable indoor seating with a stunning westward view overlooking the river, clean bar with friendly staff, and a cozy fireplace to chat beside. We also have a large patio area where you can enjoy some fresh air with your fresh brew, a sunset, and maybe even some great live music! Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming events. Our distribution spans southern Idaho with eight of our styles available year round and several brewed seasonally. All of our styles offer intriguing and refreshing dimensions of enjoyment and you are sure to find one you love.

Appearance: Pours clear golden/amber with a small beige head and some lacing
Aroma: Sweet malts and toffee
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel of toffee, caramel, sweet malts and some hop bitterness in the finish

Appearance: Pours a clear dark amber with a nice off-white head
Aroma: Toasted malts and nuts
Taste: Toasted malts, nutty and earthy flavors
A nice brown ale, clean and crisp.

Appearance: Black with a nice tan head and some lacing
Aroma: Roasted malts, chocolate and coffee
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel. Roasted malts with some bitterness in the finish

GABF 2002: Bright gold, thick head. Nice citric aroma. Creamy caramel and full malt flavor. Nice citric hops round out the malt. Well balanced.
