Pale blond color, hazy; compact head. The aroma is simpler than it used to be, and so the flavor is poorer; there is some aroma of cereals and hay (not bad but not special); and the flavor is very common, close to the one of a Pale Lager. Boring.

Cloudy pale blond color; big head. It has some hop aroma. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, but there is just some malt flavor, and missing the crispy character; anyway, there is a generous hopping, that could have left more scents, but we have to be satisfied with this… Pleasant and refreshing.

Tap. Creamy banana, orange, apple, clove, and wheat malt aroma - excellent. Very cloudy orange yellow towards the top and lighter yellow to the bottom with a big fluffy white head. Sweet banana, wheat malt and strong clove flavor with a moderate grassy hops finish. A top of the line Hefe - full aroma and flavor with nice hop notes.

Tap. Creamy barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with smal head. Creamy barley malt and moderate sharp astringent flavor - nicely blended. Very nice.

Mitbringsel, handbefüllte Flasche. Milder Antrunk, fast wässrig, wenig malzig. Im Mittelteil etwas röstig, auch diese Note ist extrem verwässert. Zum Abgang hin etwas herb, die Malzigkeit fristet ein Hintergrund-dasein und kommt erst ganz zum Schluß erneut immerhin etwas kräftiger zum Vorschein. Hier scheint die Wässrigkeit zum ersten mal zu weichen. Gelungener Abgang, der Rest ist einfach zu wässrig. Danke an Roger für das Bier. Bottle. Brown sugar malt aroma. Dark amber color with moderate head. Nice toffee malt flavor with a hint of hops in the finish. Really like the taste but not a lot of body.

Tap. Caramel malt flavor. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Sweet toffee/caramel malt flavor. Moderate hay hops finish. Full bodied malty dunkel - on the sweet side.

Tap. Sour apple and clove aroma. Cloudy brown-orange color with moderate head. Caramel wheat malt, barnyard, and clove/nutmeg flavor. Unique - very spicy with minimal fruitiness.
