Description

Weird beer, apparently refermented with champagne yeast and in that sense the ’brut’ version of a witbier, inspired by the Belgian champagne beers (like Malheur Bière Brut). Yellowish blonde beer with unstable head and a sweet, fruity taste, too sweet to be truly enjoyable; thin body and thin finish. What a contrast with the great Belgian champagne beers...

This ain’t beer, this is lemonade. And even for lemonade it’s not very good. Chemical, overly sweet and flat.

Industrial witbier that’s way too sweet and flat. Lacks that nice smooth wheatiness lots of these beers have.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy straw color with medium creamy white head and nice lacing. Aroma of cereals, coriander, lemon and herbs. Taste starts with light sweet and sour grainy malt with refreshing citric and yeasty following, while finish is light herbal bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. A bit thin, but refreshing witbier...

Slight hazy yellow with small white head. Banana, light dugh, coriander, slight grassy and sugary/candy sweetness. Light to medium bodied with slight watery feel. Not bad, but a bit thin and artificial tasting.
