Aroma: plums, phenolic, mild tart. Taste: mild tart, red wine, plum jam and candy. Fruity bitter sweet finish. Next one please!

Canned, thanks Cuso! Clear copper colour, hige lively head. Aroma of brown sugar and prunes. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Plum juice, crystalized sugar and marzipan. Some tartening red fruit, bread and elderflowers. Low bitterness. Laid back and not without complexity.
