Offering unique hop-forward ales, crisp lagers, barrel-aged rarities and one of the Northwest’s most extensive wild & sour programs, Block 15 produces a range of artfully crafted beers, brewed with a nod toward fresh ingredients and fresh thinking.

We began serving up fine beer and food at our downtown Corvallis brewpub in 2008, and have since opened up a European-style pub—Caves Bier & Kitchen—as well as the Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room in south Corvallis. We are proud to have remained brewer-owned from day one.

Our 20bbl production brewery, built in 2015 and located in the shadow of the coastal range in south Corvallis, is the workhorse of our brewing operations. In addition to an increased-capacity brewhouse, our production brewery houses custom-designed Uni-tanks, a custom-fabricated mixing tank, a Meheen bottling line, and a Wild Goose canning line.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is complex and elegant, with dry roasted hazelnuts, dry cocoa, and subtle bourbon barrels. Flavour is elegant, with lots of roasted hazelnuts and bourbon barrels upfront, and accentuated by cocoa nibs. The booze is kept in check, with everything well-integrated. Excellent.

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is complex, with tart cherry, bourbon barrels, cocoa, and molasses. Flavour is rich, with tons of molasses, cheeey and bourbon barrels in good cohesion. I usually don't like fruit anywhere my impie stouts, but in this case — with two excellent brewers — this work. Very good.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow hue with a medium white head. A big bursting sweet tropical nose. Dynamite flavors, but rich fresh fruit, peach, mango, some heft, tastes like a hazy Sticky Hands. Very rich.

16 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light roast, toasted bready malt, and some vanillin. Flavour reveals toasted caramel malt, some vanillin, a touch of roast, and deep bready malt. Rich, toasty, and vanilla-y on the finish. Really solid.
