Bottle (12/20) pour from share with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque black with finger-width light brown head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong balanced mix of chocolate, coffee and slightly milder coconut. Taste is strong dark chocolate, coffee (slightly on the bitter side), milder coconut and vanilla. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, creamy, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice complexity, coffee is the feature, as it should be, but wish the coconut and vanilla were a little higher in the mix. Still, very good.

22 oz. bottle. Dec 2020. The aroma is a delight blend of coffee, chocolate, earthy notes. The flavor shows a good amount of coffee with the chocolate and coconut plus vanilla taking a backseat. Mouthfeel is thick and rich. A very nice stout.

16 oz. can. Dated 03/03/21. Aroma is coffee, cinnamon and roasted malt. Fantastic! The flavor is all equally coffee, roasted mall, chocolate with a cinnamon finish. Thicker mouth feel with no alcohol detected. Rides the sweet line but…. This is delicious!

Strong spice (I like) but the coffee overwhelms the chocolate and vanilla, so more of a Mexican coffee than a Mexican hot chocolate.
